With 26 years’ experience in the property industry, Paul understands that moving home is about far more than simply putting a property online. Some want speed, some want the strongest possible price, some need discretion, and others simply need honest guidance before deciding what to do.

Our role is to listen, advise and then create a clear plan.

We combine genuine local knowledge with practical estate agency experience, strong marketing and careful negotiation. We know the local roads, schools, stations, parks and buyer trends across Croydon, Purley, Kenley, South Croydon, Sanderstead, Coulsdon and the surrounding areas.

Paul is also a qualified executive coach, which brings something different to the way we work. Selling a property can involve emotion, uncertainty and important decisions. A calm, considered approach helps clients feel clearer, more confident and better supported throughout the process.
