Having lived and worked locally for many years, Paul has a deep understanding of Croydon, Purley, Kenley, South Croydon, Sanderstead, Coulsdon and the surrounding areas. He knows how different roads, schools, transport links and local amenities affect buyer demand and property values.

Paul is also a qualified executive coach, which gives him a calm, thoughtful and practical approach when helping clients through important decisions. His aim is to make the moving process feel clearer, better managed and less stressful.
